Lone Star Angels is a non-profit organization focused on connecting startup companies based in north Texas with private investors who can provide capital and the advice to help the new business grow.
Created in late 2007, Lone Star Angels provides an avenue for entrepreneurs to engage with serious investors from the north Texas region. We invite entrepreneurs to pitch their company to a group of angel investors interested in funding new businesses across a wide range of industry segments. Members of the group can provide capital, and assistance in building a new company.
The group understands how difficult the funding environment is for early stage companies, especially in Texas, where startup investors are sometimes difficult to identify and find. The Lone Star Angels network was created to benefit not just the entrepreneur and the investors, but as a critical element of a startup ecosystem throughout north Texas.
